NeuroMusic™ Copyright & Protection Policy
Effective October 2, 2026 · Version 1.0
NeuroMusic™ ownership
NeuroMusic™ remains the separately owned framework of DR. SOF (DR. SOFIE KIM). Its original books, teaching materials and website content are reserved to their rights holders. Copying, distributing or adapting protected materials requires permission, an applicable license or a lawful exception. Partnership does not transfer NeuroMusic™ intellectual property or automatically authorize teaching its programs.
Your creative work
Creators and other rights holders retain their applicable rights. Registration does not transfer ownership to NeuroMusic™, NeuroTech Institute or BlockchainX. Upload only work you are entitled to submit; identify contributors, permissions and human/AI contributions accurately. Submission authorizes storage and access for registration, assessment and verification within the permissions you give. It does not authorize resale or unrelated distribution of your private files.
What verification proves
Digital signatures detect changes to signed credentials. File fingerprints identify the exact registered file version. Current status distinguishes issued, expired, corrected and revoked records. Registration does not prevent copying, decide a copyright dispute, provide government copyright registration or establish external accreditation. Creator authority certificates are self-issued declarations within NeuroMusic™.
Public and private information
Verification links are shareable: anyone with a link can view its approved verification details. The public page displays essential certificate information. New signed records exclude private assessment notes, evidence references, contact and guardian information, and curriculum text. Existing signatures preserve the information approved when they were issued. Do not include private information in a public certificate title or other shared fields.
Legal names, account contact details, guardian information, profile history and uploaded evidence remain restricted. Optional artist profiles publish only the fields you choose to share. Turning off profile sharing removes that public profile link. Revocation changes a credential’s status; it does not erase copies already downloaded or shared.
Authorized access
Learners access their own records. The authorized owner reviews and issues credentials. Partner assessors need an active, scope-specific authorization and the learner’s permission to access permitted submissions and files. Assessor access is disabled when the relevant authorization or partnership expires or is revoked. Guardian details and consent are required when registering a minor; avoid sharing identifying information about minors publicly.
Corrections, misuse and disputes
Identity numbers remain stable when profile details are updated. Approved credential corrections receive replacement records; revoked and superseded credentials remain distinguishable from current credentials. Report unauthorized submissions, impersonation, rights disputes or suspected compromise through the contact below, identifying the affected record. The owner reviews reports and can reject, correct or revoke credentials and disable assessor access. Publication, access and deletion requests require identity and scope verification; no automatic deletion period or legal outcome is promised.
Continuity and recovery
Signing secrets are held outside public site code. Historical public keys support verification of earlier signatures. Owner-controlled encrypted backups include registry records and private files; backup and recovery keys must be stored separately, with a copy outside the hosting account. Backups are created on demand and have size limits stated in the owner portal. Recovery is restricted to an empty registry with matching signing-key configuration. No system provides absolute security or guaranteed perpetual availability.
Copyright guidance
Our registry is separate from official copyright registration. Rights in AI-assisted work depend on applicable law and the human contribution; an ArtID™ or credential alone does not determine those rights. See the U.S. Copyright Office’s copyright guidance and AI and copyright resources.
